Conciergerie Atlas — an acquisition site for owners who live abroad

An acquisition site for a short-term rental management company in Agadir and Tangier: city pages, a multi-step estimate form, an editorial blog and a trilingual architecture including right-to-left.

The problem

The target owner does not live in Morocco. They own a flat in Agadir or a villa in Tangier, live in France or elsewhere, and handing over their property remotely takes a trust no sales pitch can manufacture: they cannot drop by to check. So the site had to convince through precision rather than tone — state the price, state what is included, state what is not. On top of that came an unusual constraint: the company was not yet incorporated, which ruled out legal identifiers, customer reviews and any claim of seniority.

What we built

A site where nothing is claimed that cannot be verified. The commission — 15% before tax on net earnings, cleaning included — is written plainly rather than kept for a quote, and the tax-inclusive figure will only appear once the company is liable for it. Legal identifiers, company form and reviews stay hidden until they exist: a single setting reveals them. Agadir and Tangier each have their own page, with genuinely distinct content rather than a template with the city name swapped. Estimates come through a multi-step form that writes to the database before any notification, then dispatches to email or a third-party service through a signed call — so a request cannot be lost if delivery fails. The site works without JavaScript: navigation, FAQ and form remain usable, the script being pure comfort at 1.9 kB. The trilingual architecture is in place, with translated rather than merely prefixed URLs, but only French is published: exposing an English version filled with French text would amount to declaring duplicate content.

The outcome

Two cities treated separately, eight blog articles, and 1.9 kB of JavaScript for the whole site. The machine-readable layer — sitemap with language equivalences, an instructions file for answer engines, structured data linked as a graph — is in place from the first release, as are the direct-answer blocks on city pages, written to stay intelligible when quoted out of context.
