Dar Excellence — a property platform that speaks four languages

A Moroccan estate agency addresses four audiences that do not read the same language: local buyers in Arabic and French, European buyers in English, Spanish investors from the north. Translation alone is not enough — Arabic runs right to left, which flips the entire layout, not just the text. Then comes a requirement specific to the high end: some properties must appear nowhere. Not in search, not in the sitemap, not on any listed page. They exist for a handful of invited people, and for them only. Finally, a buyer does not search by tick boxes: they search for "a riad to renovate in the medina with a terrace".

Four languages declared with their writing direction and regional code — Arabic and French target Morocco, English and Spanish stay international — rather than a bare URL prefix. Natural-language search runs on two interchangeable engines: a rule-based parser that never leaves the server, and one backed by Claude. The first is the default: a property platform must not stop working because a third-party API is slow, nor bill a call on every keystroke. The confidential collection is genuine isolation, not a hidden link: access is granted by named invitation, with two levels — global or restricted to specific properties — and everything is logged. Fourteen modules switch on or off through configuration, untouched code: virtual tour, sunlight, financing simulation, PDF brochure, comparison, alerts. Administration rests on five roles and sixty-two permissions, so an adviser sees their files without reaching platform settings. A REST API exposes properties, cities, services and map data to the tools the agency already runs.

Twenty-six domain entities, four languages served with their equivalences, five roles and sixty-two permissions. Natural-language search works without any external call in its default configuration: depending on an AI provider is an operational choice, not a condition for the platform to run.
